Logins:  Different level of logins are available as per designation in committee.  Every communication regarding login ids and passwords is done on the registered id even in the case of lost password.  No more telephonic approach.

Administrator  Holds almost all the rights and privileges in the application generally District Magistrate (login generally used by PA to DM).  New, Changed and Cancellation details of meeting can be posted using this login only (the attempt will result in automatic generation of SMS and .

 Can monitor as well as assign tasks to all the members of all the committees.  Agenda and MoM are available on a click. (If uploaded by Member Secretary)

Member Secretary  Responsible for uploading Agenda and MoM of the concerned committee.  User Id creations and there mapping to the committee.  Assigning of tasks to the members of the same committee.  Monitoring of the tasks assigned.

Member  Can download agenda and MoM for the concerned committee meetings.  Update the status of the task assigned to him/ her.
