Purpose To ensure that the workforce has the requisite knowledge, skills and expertise to deliver the ACPO Roads Policing Strategy To develop National Learning Standards for all areas of Roads Policing To develop greater consistency across 43 forces To reduce duplication of effort To protect individuals and the organisation To enhance public satisfaction & confidence 2
