PROBLEM STATEMENT Many users find that the current auto teller machine interface is intimidating. To accomplish a certain task, they have to go through many steps. This is an inefficiency in the current design. Sometimes, the terms used are confusing to users that are not used to the interface.

TARGET USER Our target user would be anyone who are bank’s customer and used ATM machine.
