Species produced: Seabass, Snapper, Cobia, Grouper and Pompano. The main market for hatchery produce fries is local farmers and own farms Total harvest - 100 tons per annum Grow out - for local consumption to meet the demand from hypermarket & factory processing.

BROODSTOCK & CAGE CULTURE Located at Teluk Dalam, Pulau Pangkor, Perak. • Total 1500 cages, total production 200 tons per annum. GST implement SPLAM practices and awarded EU Approved farm and Friend of the Sea certification in 2010. 11

SEAFOOD PROCESSING PLANT Located at Simpang Ampat, Seberang Prai, Penang. GST currently processes 200 tons of seafood per month. • Main market for chilled fish fillet – export (air-flown) directly to Australia, USA, Europe. Frozen fillet is for local market. GST also received global & domestic recognitions: HACCP, EU Certificated (EU.93), ISO 9002 Certification & Halal Malaysia. 12
