Come gather 'round people Wherever you roam And admit that the waters Around you have grown And accept it that soon You'll be drenched to the bone If your time to you Is worth savin' Then you better start swimmin' Or you'll sink like a stone For the times they are a-changin'. ~ Bob Dylan, The Times they are a Changin’

 How are you announcing this?  PantherCat is Retirement

 E-resources limited to what is available to you  The Network and Institutional Zones allow this to work.  Local Library and Location facets  Smaller locations like curriculum, reference will now appear – a search for “skunks” at UWSP:

 Get It tab for physical items /View It for online  Other UW physical holdings will display “Check holdings” (wording change under discussion)  No locations tab – user focused – just get it, I don’t care where it’s coming from

Journals List A-Z – also uses View It / Get It U-Resolver Services Menu

 Work in progress – Not as accurate as before  Discovery and E Resources are evaluating  Other schools have hidden it or just used Primo or Google Scholar

 New Norm Rules –  Helps with items in multiple languages  Some serials issues  Archives  Removes some of the duplicates in the details tab  Dedup and FRBR improved  Some of this will need to be tweaked again over the summer

 Archives–  New Scope to search archives throughout the state  Includes the Wisconsin Historical Society holdings  Work in progress  Right now the WHS holdings are only showing up in Madison’s instance (hopefully will be corrected at final cutover).  Users will still need to request items with archival staff

 Live as of Tuesday –  Haven’t really changed much but want to make sure it is all there.  Discovery and Digital are discussing getting rid of the Get IT tab for Digital Objects

 Discovery Team is working on relabeling with Exlibris  Users will not select which copy they get, like they did in Primo with Voyager – Primo with Alma uses the preferred rota list to find the closest item available.  In the future the last option in the rota could be listed as ILLiad to aid the user
