3 eTravel Program Update  57 civilian agencies have awarded their eTS task orders 23 BRM agencies 34 non-BRM agencies  Implementation has begun at most of the BRM agencies  eTS Utilization Over 10,000 vouchers being processed per month Currently vouchers processed are growing at a 50% rate per month On-Line reservations have reached as high as 70% at some agencies  Agency migration teams, assisted by the eTS PMO, are coordinating deployment with their eTS vendors

4 Travel Management Center (TMC) Services + = eTravel Service FTR does not require use: Federal Agency can choose, 1-Existing travel agent 2-TSS travel agent 3-eTravel Vendor travel agent Online Booking Engine (OBE) + FTR required use: eTravel Vendor OBE Travel Authorization & Voucher System (TAVS) FTR required use: eTravel Vendor TAVS solution End-To-End Travel Components Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) only requires use of eTravel’s Authorization/Voucher System and Online booking engine FTR provides for waivers GSA followed prior legislative guidance when developing the eTravel Service contract and provides flexibility eTravel Service Provided as Selected by AgencyAgency Optional
