What is it? An online discussion site, available to UMSL faculty and staff, that provides opportunities to connect with others on campus with similar professional and/or personal interests Arranged in the following treelike structure:  Categories or broad subject areas  Forums or specific subject areas  Threads or topics of conversation  Posts or individuals messages within each thread UMSL ALDP Class Project - Triton Connect

How do you access it? To access Triton Connect, UMSL faculty or staff must first log on to the campus network They may then link to Triton Connect from MyGateway (coming soon) or by entering the following URL: UMSL ALDP Class Project - Triton Connect

How does it work? After entering the Triton Connect website, UMSL faculty or staff can select a forum of interest under various categories or subject areas –They may then begin a new discussion under that forum or read/respond to an existing discussion A moderator will be assigned to each forum to monitor existing discussions within the forum and promote new discussions UMSL ALDP Class Project - Triton Connect
