Percents Objective: To write percents greater than 100% and percents less than 1% as fractions and decimals, and vice versa.
Percents Percents greater than 100% or less than 1% can be written as decimals or as fractions. Examples %= % = 100 = 4
Percents When writing a percentage greater than 100% as a decimal, it will have a whole number to the left of the decimal point.
