Humanistic Model Assumed Problem: Barriers to self understanding and self acceptance. Goals: Personal growth through self insight, congruence Components: Unconditional Positive Regard, Empathy, genuineness Client Centered Therapy (non- directive) –Client can express themselves without worry of judgment.
