“In addition to this take up the shield of Faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.” Ephesians 6: 16 “For we live by Faith and not by sight.” 2 Corinthians 5:7

 Jesus lived by Faith! His every action he did knowing that God would come though and that God was in control  He shows us exactly what Faith should look like.  His followers are able to do greater things than him because of the faith he inspired in them.

 “Now Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see” Hebrews 11:1  Faith is confidence in God. (1 Corinthians 2:5)  It invites God to use his power in places and lives where there is Faith (Matthew 15:28)

 To extinguish flaming arrows of the enemy  In Faith environments God just spontaneously works and moves.  Where there is no faith, God doesn’t want to work. Matthew 13:58  For it is by grace we have been saved, Through Faith. Ephesians 2:8

 Fix our eyes on Jesus, he has given us the gift of Faith and has a deep desire for everyone to have Faith in him.  “Consequently faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ” Romans 11:17

 Through Community (Hebrews 10:24-25)  My faith has grown so much because of the people of Faith around me. I see their faith and I want some of that and so I seek it out.  Through Unity  People in agreement and unity all seeking after one thing helps to build up faith and helps to inspire faith in others.

“And now these three remain: Faith, Hope and Love. But the greatest of these is love.”
