CLRN User Survey Two versions of the survey based on frequency of use of CLRN - (preliminary data as of 5/15/09, n=378) Abbreviated survey completed by “Non” / “Infrequent” users n=261 (No longer use it or Less than 3 times per year) Detailed survey completed by “Frequent” users n=117 (3 -5 time per year or More than 5 times per year)

WIL User Feedback 422 (17%) of the 2,547 posted WIL resources have user feedback A total of 738 feedback responses have been made as of 5/15/ (70%) of resources with feedback had one feedback response 3 WILs received 72 (17, 21 & 34) feedback responses 124 WILs received a range of 2-8 feedback responses

ELAR User Feedback 14 (36%) of the 39 posted ELAR resources have user feedback A total of 422 feedback responses have been made as of 5/15/09 6 (43%) of resources with feedback had one feedback response 8 (57%) of resources with feedback had 7 or more feedback responses with the greatest having 34 responses
