 State of New Mexico Risk Management Division modified deductibles/co-payments  Deductible for collision damage to UNM increased to $2,500  Department portion of deductible increased to $1,750  Prior to change deductibles were $1,000 / $250

 Beginning May 1, 2015 Purchasing has negotiated with approved vendors (Enterprise and National) including Collision Damage Waiver and Liability Insurance in the standard UNM Rate  Use agreement number when making reservations  Please Note : Insurance (CDW & LDW) must be declined when picking up a vehicle; the coverage is already included in the UNM rate.  Additional collision/damage insurance for employees driving out of state on UNM business can now be approved by department chair or director

 It is recommended that the driver of a rental car for UNM business purposes obtain a UNM driving license or complete Defensive Driving training  You may chose not to use contracted vendors, but need to justify the selection of another vendor  Collision Deductible to the department of $1,750 will apply  Additional collision/damage insurance for employees driving out of state on UNM business can now be approved by department chair or director

As of April 10, 2015 for HSC departments:  459 total workflow pending with PCard Holders  38 pending for more than 100 days ~ 8%  Seven from FY14 – travel occurred March 2015
