NEW TRAFFIC LAW SOLUTIONS IN SERBIA AGGRESSIVE DRIVING – when a driver acts with obvious intent to break traffic rules in regard to inconsiderate behavior (two or more times going through a red light, overtaking a column of vehicles with crossing a full white line, etc…)

Aggressive driving – new serious offenses Aggressive driving offense:  Statutory penalty days (45-60 if driver caused road accident)  15 penalty points (17 if driver caused road accident)  Prohibition against driving a motor vehicle at least 9 months (10 if driver caused road accident)  From the beginning of the use of the New Traffic Law until now traffic police revealed more then 700 offenses of aggressive driving

Road Traffic Safety Agency organized seminar for trainers and examiners for drivers who have 18 or more penalty points The first seminar was organized from 12 to 13 October 2011 The Republic of Serbia now has first qualified trainers and examiners in this area Organization of seminars for violent drivers
