Minutes of the 2013 AGM

Election of CVAT trustees CVAT’s constitution allows a Board of Trustees (Directors) of up to 15 people. At the AGM, the longest serving third have to stand down but are eligible for re-election provided they have not completed more than nine years of continuous service. This year, the three trustees seeking re-election are: –Anne Parkes –Phil Spence –Simon Walker Three people were co-opted during the year and are seeking formal election to the board: –Martin Collett –Lisa Ringwood –Ray Shepherd Personal statements from all six are in your packs.
