They might be equipped and have a degree in whatever they’ve got a degree in, but they’re not very business savvy, commercially savvy…" (Employer) “So locally-based providers should be preparing the people of Bolton to stay here, work here and we would really benefit in this town from young people with enthusiasm on the entrepreneurial scale...” (Stakeholder)
