date1 CENTRA meeting, 26th of April 2005 Crucial questions and topics 1. Forms  no to be discussed too detailed, but some general topics and decisions [How many forms do we need? Which ones are mandatory, which ones are dispensable? [Do we really need to choose an individual set of accreditation criteria for each applicant, or should he get all forms and choose the relevant criteria by himself (would be easier to proceed)? [Proposal of Javier: Collection of relevant information - should this be done by the applicant or the assessors? (MMB likes to point out the relevance of self-assessment and clearly stated questions in the forms - and thus votes for the applicant)

date2 CENTRA meeting, 26th of April 2005 Crucial questions and topics 2. Criteria / Standards [we should operationalise the standards [we should decide about the following: (Which criteria are complementary, which are “knock-out”? (Minimum overall score of criteria to pass accreditation successfully (e.g. 80% of all complementary criteria)?

date3 CENTRA meeting, 26th of April 2005 Crucial questions and topics 3. Main document / Handbook (F1101) [check the consistency of sections (rationale, input, output) in the different chapters [remove all lists which belong to other documents (forms) from rationale- or input-sections
