4 Policy 1005: Health and Safety 2. Policy (…) Faculty, staff, students, and other members of the Virginia Tech community must conduct university operations in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, and EHSS requirements.

5 Policy 1005: Health and Safety Responsible Parties University President Executive Vice President, Provost, Vice Presidents, Vice Provosts and Deans Directors/Department Heads Faculty, Principal Investigators, Supervisors, and Safety Representatives Employees and Students Contractors Human Resources EHSS
