PCoreView Comprises of Data Acquirer, Data Replicator, Centralized Billing Server (CBS) and Report & Query Engine. PCoreView is a solution for monitoring and controlling 2 or more locations’ telephone expenses from a single location –Monitors remote location’s telephone usage sitting at one location. –Needs to maintain and manage single call analysis software for all the locations. –Offers smooth integration of computers located at each location to central computer. –Provides log of activities between location computer and central computer. –Buffers the call data on the local computer if network between location and central location is down for any reason. –Uploads the buffered data automatically once the network link is restored

Centralized Comprises of three major components –Forward and Synch Terminal (FST) –Call Data Server (CDS) –Query and Reporting Terminal (QRT)

Features Of FST Collects Call Detail Records (CDR) using CCM’s "Single Point Collection Technology" CDR have unique extension numbers across all sites Establishes ODBC connection to SQL Database having call records, assumed to be available on the CCM, centrally collecting call records from other CCMs CDR is flagged based on the origin, organized and stored in predefined manner

Features Of FST Collected data is posted to CDS at regular intervals Synchronizes data with the CDS as soon as it connects to CDS Intelligence to verify server link status –Buffers CDR locally if link is down. Ensures reliable and fully automatic data acquisition process FST will offer status display showing various data and status in an online mode
