1. Register as a producer 2. Collect data on the tonnage and material type of the packaging handled 3. Understand how that packaging was used 4. Populate packaging data tables 5. Document methodology for audits 6. Ensure data is "as accurate as reasonably possible". 7. Keep data for a minimum of 4 years 8. Provide a compliance plan (>500T Obligation) 9.
