QUESTION? Is there any way to have the correct staffing level to meet the acuity level of the residents? How can staff be motivated to meet the resident’s needs and feel a sense of satisfaction in their job?

INFLUENCING FACTORS Acuity level Timing of admissions and discharges Medical needs of admissions, current residents, and dismissals. Delivery of medications, treatments and services in a timely manner.
