Page 8 China’s Internet Address 2015/6/2 NeuStar’s Relationship with CNNIC CNNIC is the authority responsible for the administration of the national top-level domain name and the Chinese domain names. NeuStar is the exclusive gateway to the CNNIC platform for all Registrars that are headquartered outside of China. –Therefore, all Registrars (except those headquartered in China) must use the NeuStar gateway to register.CN domain names. NeuStar will not act as a Registrar in the.cn domain name space.

Page 9 China’s Internet Address 2015/6/2 Accreditation Process / Foreign Registrars Accreditation by CNNIC –NeuStar will facilitate Accreditation Process –Registrars will need to sign Accreditation Agreement with CNNIC –NeuStar will forward you a copy of this Agreement when we have a finalized agreement from CNNIC. –There will be no Accreditation Fee. Registrars will need to sign NeuStar/Registrar Agreement –We believe that the agreement will have similar requirements to the.biz and.us Registry/Registrar Agreements. –We will provide a copy of this Agreement as soon as possible.

Basically, you will just show them what you are already doing.
