Noble Gas Engine Next New exploration of an old idea Clean Energy Inc.

Next New exploration of an old idea Introduction to Noble Gas Engine During ’s, an inventor developed and patented an engine which ran for extended periods on miniscule quantities of Noble Gases. The principle of the engine is basic and simple: A hermetic telescoping gas chamber is filled with inert gases. These gases are subjected to controlled electronic pulses and radiation effects to create a powerful expansion as yet not understood. Removal or reversal of the pulses causes a contraction leaving the gases ready to cycle again. Advantage: –The engine in operation used no air, produced neither waste heat nor exhaust. –“Refueling” of Noble Gases is required after 1000 operation hours. –The patents have since expired. –The technology has been developed and demonstrated, but is almost forgotten. –The proposal parties maintain major part of the technology, documentation and experience.

Next New exploration of an old idea Proposal We are able, and propose to revive the technology to a complete working stage. The core team will include: –Mr. Frank Andres – Lead Scientific Adviser –Mr. Bob Rohner - mechanical designer and builder of the original engines. –Mr. Tom Rohner - Electrical designer and builder of the original engines. Assistance from specialists in various fields

Next New exploration of an old idea Status The Noble Gas Mixture technology was revived and tested by Rohner brothers. Most of original inventor’s documentation and engines are available to the parties The Engine mechanics is fully studied by the participants. The Electrical/Electronic/Magnetic function is under initial study. Modern Technology and Physics has reached a new level of interest and comprehension. Click on Video to Play

Next New exploration of an old idea Objectives Our objective is to bring a viable, pollution-free, very low-cost engine to the market, based upon the “Noble Gas” technology. The final product will be an engine, elegantly simple and built of conventional materials, that would run emission free, for thousand hours on a few liters of Noble Gases. Assemble a team (part of who where involved on the original development 27 years ago) in the areas of mechanics, electric, magnetic and other talents in order to revive the technology and introduce the approved product.

Next New exploration of an old idea Market Value None of the currently available alternatives to oil, gas and coal offer a complete solution to the over-arching worldwide need to replace fossil fuels. The mobile energy market is shifting dramatically in the direction of hybrid fuel/electric. Demand is exceeding supply now, and will accelerate. The “Noble Gas” engine technology provides a total solution, addressing the need in both the stationary and mobile energy marketplaces. Once the technology has proven itself viable, it could easily replace at least 20% of the existing energy generation technologies in short order. Eventually, it is likely to dominate those marketplaces.

Next New exploration of an old idea Approach In order to approach the high intentions with minimal risks, the following five stages are proposed

Next New exploration of an old idea Stage 0 – Establish a company 1.Establish the share relations of the parties. 2.Ensure required investment funds for all the stages. 3.Based on the above - establish an Systems subsidiary / company for Noble Gas Engine,.

Next New exploration of an old idea Stage I – T echnology Bricks Revival – 6-10 months maximum 1.Brain Storm meetings in order to: Study known information. Resolve uncertain questions from the available information. Establish a scheme for commercial fuel mixture. Study and Establish a scheme for the Electric/Electronic/Magnetic system of the engine. 2.Refurbish the original inventor engine, Revive the Noble Gas mixture and perform initial tests. STATUS: At the end of stage I, main technology bricks revived

Next New exploration of an old idea Stage II - Building 1st prototype Engine and tests – 9-12 months max. 1.Prepare Noble Gas Mixer and testing bench. 2.Design and Construct 1 st stand alone prototype engine. 3.Perform tests and implement tests results and improvements. 4.Prepare tests report with results and recommendations. STATUS: At the end of stage II, complete technology is approved

Next New exploration of an old idea Stage III – Building and testing a prototype engine – months max. At this stage, a presentation prototype engine will be built and tested. 1.Allocate a relevant basic engine for transformation to Noble Gas engine. 2.Design the changes required in the engine. 3.Monitor the changes manufacturing process. 4.Construct the engines. 5.Perform engine tests and modify as required. 6.Prepare test reports with results and recommendations. STATUS: At the end of stage III, Complete Engine technology is approved

Next New exploration of an old idea Stage IV – Marketing – months 1.Build marketing strategies options 2.Evaluate the options and decide about the preferred marketing strategy 3.Follow the selected strategy for marketing 4.Complete marketing activities 5.Follow up STATUS: At the end of stage IV, marketing contracts signed

Next New exploration of an old idea Schedule: Total – months of development, month of marketing Stage I – 6-10 months. Stage II – 9-12 months, Stage III – months, Stage IV – months.
