September 2008 appeared reach in events. The groups of teenagers and teachers were collected to work in the project: European Radio for Teenagers. Seven schools from different countries took part in it during the first meeting in Altamura. There we knew everything about details in the project. There we met our new friends participating in our work. After getting home, we started our work from organizing the journalist’s classes. Students taught a lot of difficult but very interesting things about running radio on the Internet. The great trump was the cooperation with the journalist of Radio Katowice who led a lot of meetings about journalism. After getting home, we started our work from organizing the journalist’s classes. A Trip to the Radio in Katowice The most fascinating experience was the visit in the building and then in the studio of Radio Katowice. We could see the real work of the journalists. When the first radio programme was done we put the hiperlink onto the main web. Since that time we have been popular among our classmates. We also prepared beautiful posters and wallexhibitions presenting activities and dutied made durig creating The Radio Teen. We created the website with photos and a lot of news about the project, too. Our teachers of Polish practised abilities in speaking to record the texts properly and clearly. The most difficult thing was recording music for the programme. We had to use the recording studio in our cultural center in Sławków. There were made the electronic versions of our songs singing by our students. When the first radio programme was done we put the hiperlink onto the main web. Guests from Poland The next nice experience was the visit in our school our friends from Jastrzębie. They visited our beautiful town and the information about it was prepared in English. Our students were the guides for the guests. Visiting the town they showed them its history and a lot of medieval monuments. During the meeting we created the autoevaluation paper for Radio Teen, which was sent to the other partners in the project.

Working in groups and making the first auto evaluation questionnaire.

Lecture on the radio by Mr Pacula We are constantly learning. Mr Pacula visits our school regularly. He shares his knowledge with us, and he helps us when we need to record the audition.

We also saw how the students` radio work. It was an amazing experience. We had a possibility to see how group of students recorded the radio programme on the Internet.

Excursion to Italy The experiences connected with the project are very precious. Every next audition is easier and easier to make for us. What we could learn achieved working together. It’s very useful in our future life. We have the possibility to know the new countries, their culture, customs and traditions. But the most important are people, who we met, our new friends, host families for our students. We can learn a lot from each other. The experiences connected with the project are very precious.
