5.2 What is an E-Agreement? E-Agreements are electronic agreements Set by MoFR Used to transfer liabilities to an:  Organization (e.g. Client)  End User

5.3 ADAM Agreements ADAM enforces & tracks 2 types of agreements:  User Agreements  Delegation Agreements (i.e. by Organization) MoFR enforces a User Agreement that is global. Users only need to accept the agreement once. ADAM also allows User Agreements to be application specific.

5.4 User Agreements Any user who wishes to access an MoFR Web-ADE Application must agree to a User Agreement  Upon first access to a Web-ADE Application, the user will be prompted to accept the agreement

5.5 Delegation Agreements Authorization Grantors may need to agree to a Delegation Agreement prior to performing authorizations in ADAM  Agreements are per organization

5.6 Delegation Agreement Acceptance A Delegation is sent from ADAM to the Authorization Grantor to notify of agreement  Authorization Grantor must accept the agreement in ADAM  If an Authorization Grantor does NOT accept an agreement then she/he will be unable to create corresponding authorizations
