irfu FJPPL workshop CNRS Paris May 15-16, 2008 Denis Perret-Gallix Asia-Pacific Cooperation Summary Our economies and quality of life are bound to innovation. Basic research induces changes of civilization. Basic Research is global. International cooperation is a necessity and a must. Asia - North-America – Europe (Russia) form the basis for any world-wide project. One must reinforce the Europe-Asia cooperation to have a balanced, stable basis.
