This refers to the rising average temperatureaverage temperature of Earth's atmosphere and oceans and its related Earth effects

이산화탄소 (CO 2 : 탄산가스 ), 프레온가스 (CFC), 메탄가스 (CH 4 ), 질소화합물 (NO 2 ), 대류권 오존 (O 3 ), 수증기 등 대기 중의 미량 기체는 지구로 입사하는 태양 에너지의 단파장 성분을 투과시 키고 지구에서 반사하는 장파장 성분을 흡수하 는 성질이 있다. 이 작용으로 지구의 온도는 이 것들이 없는 경우와 비교하여 33 ℃ 정도 높게 유지된다. 이 효과를 온실효과라고 하며 이들 가 스를 온실효과 가스라고 부른다.
