Work of the Church: 1.Preaching the Gospel (1 Tim. 3:15; Matt. 28:19) 2.Edifying the Saints (Eph. 4:12; 1 Cor. 14:25) 3.Benevolence to Needy Saints (1 Cor. 16:1-2) Work is Spiritual John 18:36 Jesus answered, "My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so that I should not be delivered to the Jews; but now My kingdom is not from here.“ Rom. 14:17 for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
