Never offer personal information Never post provocative pictures Avoid trying to outpost other bloggers. Save the website were you children blog so you can go and check it. Screen what your kids are going to post before they post it.
Examples Teachers can blog with other teachers. Students can blog with teachers and other students. Parents can blog with teachers. A school can have blogs for each classroom.
Reflective Statement on Assignment It was very interesting to me to find out about blogging. I always just thought that you had to go to someone else’s website to blog. After doing this I found out that there were quite a few different places to go and make up your own site. I do feel that this could help if you needed someone to talk. I feel like the students and children could learn from each others blogs but must take extra caution when doing so.
Lessons Learned Blogging is a very useful tool to keep you connected. Not only can you just write a blog but there are such websites as Smilebox that allows you to make up scrapbooks and slide shows to post on your blog. There is a site called Spellery were you can type a word and make sure it is spelled correctly. This is very important to me because I ‘m a bad speller.
