The central aspect is to define the TCR role and responsibility and all other information that is necessary to take a new monitoring task or to modify an existing one. Well defined and significant alarms, mimic diagrams and instructions as well as low alarm rates and zero False Alarms shall be obtained. TCR Monitoring, operation and corrective measures at fault states (on-site and remote, stand-by service information) of the entire technical infrastructure via a fully computerised remote control system comprising: co-ordination of troubleshooting activities to ensure the proper functioning optimise the restart after breakdowns for the accelerators analyse and report technical / co-ordination problems to the groups troubleshooting request registration on CERN’s technical infrastructure.
