It is very important to get your exercise so that your body is in shape and you reduce your risk of getting diseases that are linked to People who are overweight.

Eating is a very important part in being healthy. Eating right gives you energy and increases your awareness. It is important to get at least 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Sleeping is another way to live a healthier life. By getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night, you prepare your body for the next days activities. Activities such as: school, work, recess, and exercise.

Stay away from things such as candy and soda for they can only hurt the body. Doing these things will also destroy the exercise and healthy eating that you have been doing to get healthy. TRY and stay away from it.
