PROJECT DESCRIPTION Overall objective is that the implementation of the environmental law has to be easier My idea isn't to find new solutions but to use other countries experience where the implementation of environmental laws is almost prefect. It is important with informed inspectors, to coordinate the work of all the participants in implementation of laws, to satisfy citizens, a clean environment. Being a ‘change agent’ and using projects as tools for change What i have learned: What I need to know more about: To make an efficient change you should have a plan not just a idea. A project document is the best way to present the ideas. How to acquire Environmental inspectors independence and to change the way of financing their work.
