A D V I S O R Y Pursuant to Joint Agreement between HHCA and Barangay Sta. Cruz, Starting October 1, there will be new regulations for the entry and exit of traffic and the closure of gates. These decisions were taken in order to ensure the safety of Heroes Hills residents. In the last months, there have been some violent crimes committed in our neighbourhood. We request your cooperation.

GENERAL LIM GATE

A D V I S O R Y GENERAL LIM GATE ENTRY AND EXIT FOR ALL MOTORIST FROM 6:00 AM TO 10:00 PM. NO ENTRY FOR PUJ’S AND FX’S. DELIVERY VANS, MOVERS, TRUCKS AND OTHER SIMILAR VEHICLES ARE REQUIRED TO INFORM THE GATE PERSONNEL OF THIER TRANSACTIONS INSIDE HEROES HILLS. ENTRY WILL BE ALLOWED ONLY UPON VERIFICATION WITH THE RESIDENT CONCERN. 10PM – 6AM : RESIDENTS‘ VEHICLES WITHOUT HHCA STICKER MAY BE STOPPED FOR IDENTIFICATION. GUEST’S CARS, TAXIS, MOTORCYCLES ARE ADVISED TO INFORM THE GATE PERSONNEL OF THIER TRANSACTIONS AND MUST LEAVE THEIR IDENTIFICATION CARD AT THE GATE BEFORE ENTRY. JUNK COLLECTORS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS GATE ONLY EVERY TUESDAYS AND FRIDAYS UPON PRESENTATION OF THIER ACCREDITATION ID FROM THE BARANGAY.

A D V I S O R Y COL. MARTINEZ GATE OPEN FROM 6:00 AM TO 10:00 PM ONLY. (Delivery Vans, Trucks with HHCA Stickers) UNRESTRICTED ENTRY/EXIT FOR ALL VEHICLES WITH HHCA STICKERS AND WEST AVENUE BOUND VEHICLES, PASSING THROUGH FROM ROOSEVELT AVENUE/GEN. LIM GATE.

GEN. SEGUNDO GATE

A D V I S O R Y GEN. SEGUNDO GATE OPEN FROM 6:00 AM TO 10:00 PM ONLY. THIS GATE IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF RESIDENS IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY. LIGHT VEHICLES WITH HHCA STICKERS ARE ALLOWED ENTRY & EXIT. VEHICLES WITH NO STICKER ARE ADVISED TO TAKE THE GEN. LIM GATE.

GENERAL POLICIES 1.NO ENTRY – PUJ, FX, Trucks, Delivery Vans and Heavy Equipments without official business. 2.Plate Numbers of all vehicles, tricycles and motorbikes will be listed down in the logbook. 3.Only Barangay accredited garbage collectors and junk collectors with “karitons” will be allowed inside Heroes Hills during Tuesdays and Fridays only. 4.No parking of delivery vans/trucks inside Heroes Hills after official business has been completed 5.Construction crew should obtain ID from the Barangay. 6.Heroes Hill residents household staff ( Kasambahay) should obtain ID from the HHCA. 7.Residents of Heroes Hills must inform the guard beforehand if they are expecting deliveries or guests, in which case names must be submitted to the guard. 8.Residents of Barangay Sta. Cruz shall be preferred in using sports and other facilities. Prior request is a must subject to the approval of the Punong Barangay.
