Phase 3 The first full draft of the new strategy made available internally on the Planning Division’s website and all staff invited to submit their comments. Key milestones include: MilestoneDate Management Board to consider first full draft15 Jan 2010 Web-based consultation to be launched29 Jan 2010 Web consultation to close after 6 weeks8 March 2010 Management Board to discuss feedback arising from the consultation 12 March 2010
Completion and approval of strategy The web-based consultation (Phase 3) will be open for six weeks and its close will mark the end of the staff consultation process. The first draft will then be revised according to the main themes and issues arising from the comments submitted. The Management Board and Council will then be invited to approve the new strategy.
