You don’t have to be gay or lesbian or a scientist or technical professional (or even national or organized) to be a part of NOGLSTP All you need is to want to make the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) departments safer and more accepting We are the first successful student caucus of the national organization

Transgender Day of Remembrance Intersex Awareness Day Career Forums Most importantly, we act as committees to accomplish goals around the university. Minutes and Records Membership and Welcoming Public Relations/Publicity Harassment Response Mentor Search Website Education and Outreach

In charge of making new members feel welcome and foster community within existing membership. In charge of promoting and representing the organization to campus, the community at large, and the press.

Advocates on behalf of any individual that reports and experiences harassment, intimidation, or discrimination that occurs. Works to find and maintain a list or queer- friendly mentors and empower individuals to be out in graduate school.

Takes minutes and archives all records of NOGLSTP proceedings Works to educate the community about the benefits of diversity and inclusiveness and promote the truth about sex, gender and sexual orientation.

Responsible for the design, development, and content of the Purdue website.
