 This slide is bad because the there are too many words in it.  There are many lines with a small font that make it difficult to read.  It is impossible to read and listen to the speaker at the same time.  The contrast of colors is low thus reading the text is difficult.  There are no pictures so the slide is boring (it is like a laundry list instead of telling a story).

 Few words  Few lines  Large font  Clear colors

 To build a face subspace: Take multiple face images Vectorize each image by reshaping the matrix into a vector Put all vectors into a matrix Use PCA to find the spanning subspace
