Today we will: Draft individual reflection papers; Have brief group conferences. Reminder: We are meeting in the RENCI Social Computing Room on Manning Drive for video presentations on Wednesday and Friday. Please try to be punctual.Manning Drive We’ll wrap up the second unit this week and start unit 3 next Monday.

Drafting Reflection Papers Your paper should be words long and 1.Address your individual contribution to this project, 2.Describe the successes and difficulties your group encountered during the planning and production stages, 3.Provide a thorough description of your group’s public issue, i.e. The view your group supported (and the view against which you were implicitly arguing), The claims you used to persuade your audience, Your project’s intended target audience. For example, why did you decide that a certain claim and reason would persuade your audience? Why did you leave out an alternative claim as less effective? What sort of debate did this generate within your group?

Check our course website for directions. 1.Wrap up the editing process of your group's PSA, save it as an.mp4 or.avi file on a flash drive and bring it to class on October 26th (alternatively, you can also share a Dropbox folder with me). You are strongly encouraged to submit your work earlier to guarantee a seamless presentation flow on Wednesday. 2.Write up a first draft of your reflection paper and it to me by 9am on Wednesday as well.
