Around the NCAA Conduct of Athletics Personnel Responsibility of Head Coach It shall be the responsibility of an institution’s head coach to promote an atmosphere for compliance, to monitor the compliance activities of the assistant coaches, other administrators & all who report directly or indirectly to the head coach.

Around the NCAA Conduct of Athletics Personnel 10.1 Unethical Conduct (a) Refusal to furnish information relevant to an investigation of a possible violation of an NCAA regulation when requested to do so by the NCAA or the individual's institution;
