Login Page to BEN’s ATTIC – Click “Login” to gain access

Logon using your PENNKey – Penn Faculty and Staff will have access to view item listings only – however TAC (Transaction Authorization Card) holders (or their designee) will be authenticated as a group administrator will also have access to suggest and buy listings.

Login Page for University Staff and Faculty – to search for listings click on “Item Listing”

Login Page for Group Administrator – please note you are identified under the Logout link and have view of the group administrator functions – Suggest Listings, My Listings, My Items Sold

The first time you login as a Group Administrator you will be directed to the Account Management tab to complete your profile before you can continue using the site.

Under the Account Management page under Category Notification- you can be notified via whenever an item becomes available, just check off the corresponding category box and submit your selections.

Item listings can be viewed by categories

Or if you want to search for an item in a particular category you can enter a keyword in the Search box.

Only for Group Administrators: To purchase or bid on an item, click the item to open and place your bid.

Only for Group Administrators: To buy the item enter quantity and click on “Buy Now” or you may ask the Seller a Question.

Only for Group Administrators: Submit your question in the and it will be sent to the seller.

Confirm your purchase by clicking Yes or No. You will also receive an from the seller to complete your transaction. Once you make the purchase online it is then the responsibility of buying party to make the appropriate journal entry for the purchase and make arrangements with the seller for pick up/delivery of goods.

Only for Group Administrators: Upon successful purchase you will see a Notification of successful purchase.

Only for Group Administrators: To create a listing, click on Suggest Listing – complete all the required fields. Upon approval by the site administrator, the item will be available in the Item Listing screen.

Only for Group Administrators: If creating an item for sale choose permanent listing type and include price and quantity available. Price can be set at $0 if you are offering the item at no cost.

Only for Group Administrators: When creating an item for auction, include minimum bid, start and end bid time. Note: Auction is live only upon approval and is open for bidding 8AM till 4PM.

Only for Group Administrators: Once an item is approved for listing by the site administrator the seller will receive confirmation via an .

Only for Group Administrators: Click “My Listings” to review your listings and their status

My Items Sold link lists the auction winners and purchasers. You can also generate a winners and purchase report for your records.
