 REMEMBER – YOU ARE THE STRENGTH OF THE ENTIRE OFFICE  WHEN THINGS GET TOUGH – STEP UP TO THE PLATE  HANDLE EVERYTHING AS CALMLY AND EFFICIENTLY AS POSSIBLE  HANDLE EMERGENCIES EFFICIENTLY AND OBJECTIVELY
