Transitions: A New Approach to Phased Retirement

The Retirement Revolution The Good Life Preparing for the Best That Is Yet to Come

The Retirement Revolution The longevity revolution has led to a retirement revolution. Our notions of retirement are themselves in transition. Retirement is becoming both a worklife transition and an identity transition.

The Good Life: Engagement, Purpose, and Healthy Longevity Active engagement with the world beyond the self. Living with a sense of purpose. Giving, contributing, and connecting.

Workshop Series: Preparing for the Best That Is Yet to Come Retirement is a transition, not an event. The employment and financial changes related to retirement are only part of the picture. Preparing for retirement means defining an individual version of The Good Life and taking actions that move us purposefully toward that life.
