Postgraduate Advisory Service The Postgraduate Advisory Service is a unique and confidential service available to all registered postgraduate students at Trinity College.

Postgraduate Advisory Service It offers a comprehensive range of academic, pastoral, and professional supports dedicated to enhancing your student experience.

Who we are? 1 Student Support Officer (Administrative role) 9 Academic Advisors split across the faculties: 3 Advisors in Faculty of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences 3 Advisors in Faculty of Science & Engineering 3 Advisors in Faculty of Health Science

Individual roles Student Support Officer : provides ‘frontline’ support First point of contact for students Source of support and guidance. Academic Advisors: Provide local support for students Substantive experience of research supervision Personal help and advice Advocate in students’ dealings with College

What we offer? Provide general academic advice and personal guidance to postgraduate students. Provide general advice, assistance, and, where appropriate, representation, to postgraduate students in the areas of discipline and/or academic appeals arising out of examinations or other academic circumstances such as supervision. Advise students where they will be able to seek specialist advice and support within College.

Our aim: Ensure that all postgraduate students have a named person to whom they can turn for support and advice during their stay in College. This service is free for students who are registered at Trinity College. It works on a system of referral through the dedicated Postgraduate Student Support Officer in the Senior Tutor’s Office Confidential Service
