Team 200 Winter 2009 Quarterly Report Susan McEvoy, Philip Vue, Uta Hussong, Margaret Mellinger April 2009

E-journals page Audience: all authorized library users with access to subscription resources. Goal: Streamline the process to get from journal to article. Point to Summit if no results.

Cascades Campus Library Audience: Cascades campus library users – upper division undergraduates. Goal: Echo the OSU Libraries page, giving the branch it’s own identity. Give Cascades staff permissions and responsibilities for content.

Guin Library Audience: Guin library users. Goal: Echo the OSU Libraries page, giving the branch it’s own identity. Give Guin staff permissions and responsibilities for content.

About OSU Libraries Audience: Donors, other librarians – a sort of marketing page. Goal: Give an overall picture of the many OSU Libraries Initiatives and tie it to the tagline.

Digital Collections Audience: OSU community, all visitors to the OSU Libraries web pages, library staff Goal: Create a more sustainable web page design (rather than a growing list of links). Help different user groups get to what they need – for example, Library staff may need a list of all digital collections

Intranet pages Audience: Library staff Goal: Give library staff a way to get to the things they find most important on the intranet. Re-design the intranet page to make things easier to find.
