What is the Innovation Fund? UTLSEC awards to teams and individuals Up to £5000 funding for each of 20 projects Institutional support for learning and teaching projects  extra funding  extra recognition  extra thinking space  connecting with other practitioners

Innovation Fund themes for 2012 Coherent CurriculumAccess to HE Research-informed Teaching Employability Assessment and Feedback Student Induction Student Engagement widening participation of groups under-represented in higher education fair access to the professions student inclusion student retention 2 sets of themes; not mutually exclusive

Student involvement in projects Project ideas put forward in partnership with students Projects that engage students in doing the project, not just as recipients or beneficiaries
