What Do Faculty and Students see in Blackboard as of Feb 10, Blackboard Courses are off (Students can’t see, but faculty can) Mostly Generic pages 728 Blackboard Courses are turned on Turned on by either faculty, reserves or librarian Library Resources page may be created/ copied by librarian (~450) generic 99 if no library services applied(~200) removed – no link to it (~40) empty shell – librarian showing but no resources (~40)

Library Course Pages When Reserves are Added When Reserves Staff turn on the Library Course page: Library Resources Generic 99 is replaced with: empty shell or librarian created/ copied page goes to Subject Librarian Library course page is available from River Campus Libraries web page

Reserves New Workflow When Reserves Staff turn on the Blackboard Course: Library Resources Generic 99 will remain as is until Librarian turns on custom page NO goes to Subject Librarian No Library Resource page appears on Courses system on River Campus Library Page until Librarian turns on Discussion
