INTRODUCTION Archdiocesan Commission for the Family (ACF) ACF is a commission of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Singapore that exists to help empower families to be fully alive in loving as God loves, becoming intimate communities and witnesses of life and love sharing in the life and mission of the Church. The Family Life Society, being an Institution of Public Character, and hence a ‘secular’ body (albeit with a Catholic ethos) would function as the response of the Church to the needs of the broader population, rendering its well-established services to all segments of society.
