An online Reporting Suite within TOMS Reports are interactive and cumulative, allowing users to generate customized reports Reporting features are role-based, allowing access and creation of reports based on log-in credentials and permissions. Reports available to download and save in PDF and CSV formats.

A district user can view test scores within his or her district and drill ‐ down to the schools and student ‐ level reports, including Individual Profile Reports (IPRs) for all students in the district. A school users can only view student-level test scores and school reports within their school, including IPRs for all students in the district.

Student Scores A student’s individual scores will be available in TOMS approximately five weeks after the student has completed a content area of the Badger Exam. Student Individual Profile Reports (IPR) Available approximately 15 days from the date the district completes 100% of all testing in both content areas. * IPRs are accessed through TOMS and are not part of the TOMS Reporting Suite. School Reports School reports are generated as student scores are available. School reports continue to be updated as additional students complete testing. District Reports Aggregated district reports are generated once 90% of the district has completed testing and tests are scored. Results will be updated as scoring and reporting continues. A student in the district completes either the ELA or Math assessment (CAT & PT) After scoring is completed, student scores (scale score, proficiency level, and claims) are available. School results also begin generating. District aggregate results are available starting when 90% of students have completed testing District reaches 100% and test administration is completed District reporting is complete The Individual Profile Reports for the entire district are available in TOMS

Student scores are reported by content area and include: Scale scores Performance levels Claim performance information District and school averages when available The student scores presented on the screen are for school personnel and are separate from the Individual Profile Report (IPR).

The school performance report provides cumulative information by content area including the school average scale score and percentage of students at or above proficient. This report also provides a list of students’ scale score, performance level and claims level information. Clicking a students name, yields the student scores report.

The school scale score report is presented as a dashboard to provide cumulative information by content area. The histogram displays the distribution of student scale scores. Clicking on a specific bar in the histogram drills deeper into the data at a specific scale score interval.

The district performance report provides cumulative information by content area including the school average scale score and percentage of students at or above proficient. This report also list each the proficiency information for each school including the testing status, number of students completed, average score, and percentage of students within each proficiency level. Clicking on a specific school results in the school performance report.

The district scale score report is presented as a dashboard to provide cumulative information. The histogram shows the frequency of schools within each score interval. Clicking on a bar within the histogram drills deeper into the data at a specific scale score interval.

Individual Profile Reports (IPR) are provided as printable PDFs and available in TOMS after the district completes all testing. They are being designed in gray- scale only. The IPR is the official score report that is provided to the parent/guardian.

Individual Profile Reports are available through the Student Tab in TOMS. The score tab will be visible once scores are available for individual students. When the IPR is available, a PDF icon will display.
