TRUST-CITY ® User menu Here we present some modules which a user can call with the help of the menu. Composition of modules is determined by administrator depending on the user’s role. As an example we have presented here some of TRUST-CITY ® system’s modules in the form of copies of screen views with short explanations.

Legal entities. Keeping legal entities is carried out on a centralized basis for the city’s enterprises. Here we see the registry of legal entities, their organizational structure, some of their attributes and relation to system-defined roles

Natural persons. There is kept a united registry of natural persons used by all organizations of the city. Here we can see the registry of natural persons and some of the attributes such as addresses of a natural person, relatives of a natural person

Keeping objects of municipal engineering. Here we see a list of municipal engineering objects and its composition of apartments. For an apartment we see legend for each room. For a room we see registry of physical parameters.

Passport bureau. Automation of passport bureau of a management organization. Keeping records of citizens’ registration and registration cancellation and many others…

Billing residents’ personal accounts. Bookkeeping of residents’ personal accounts. It is based on the information of TRUST-CITY® database. It takes into account a multitude of parameters and attributes necessary for an accurate calculation
