Orientation towards PPP Waste collection in 5 wards is privatized; Collection efficiency ranges b/w 70-95% Water Distribution Sanitation Solid Waste Management Recycling Waste Water for Industrial Use With low financial ability of the ULB and low end user’s paying capacity, there is very less scope of implementing a PPP model.
