The Learning Platform The current ‘RM Learning Platform’ used by schools and the Local Authority is due to be retired at the end of August All content/functionality used on the Local Authority site will be moved over to SGFL Cloud. Information from the Learning Platform will be migrated across when schools are on summer break and be live to all Stoke education establishments from Sept 2014.

What is SGFL Cloud? We will still be working in partnership with RM Education but also directly with Microsoft. SGFL Cloud is a system that utilises the power of SharePoint 2013 to provide a better intranet for all educational establishments in the city. You can still access your information securely, anywhere, anytime but more easily...

What is SGFL Cloud? Usernames and passwords from the Learning Platform will (in most cases) remain the same to log onto SGFL Cloud. All current users on the RM Learning Platform will be migrated across with the same permissions – schools should have received an about audit of users; if you have not responded yet could you let us know at your earliest opportunity. There will be no user charge (as previously with the RM Learning Platform) to access this system.
