Evaluating the Timed Essay

There are four main reasons how and why people choose particular foods. Some are more healthy, taste, allergic reactions, and prices. The first reason why people choose to eat particular foods is because some are more healthy than others. For instance, why eat sugar cereal for breakfast such as Lucky Charms when you can eat whole grain foods like Cheerios. People also eat particular foods because they might be in sports so they like to eat foods like apples oranges, and bananas. The second reason why people choose to eat particular food is taste. Taste is everything in food. Some food tastes better than others to people. Everybody has different taste buds. Some people hate particular foods because they taste bad to them on the other hand there friend might love the food that they hate it’s all taste buds. In conclusion the previous reasons are how and why people choose particular foods. Evaluating the Timed Essay

Have you ever seen the show “The Biggest Loser”? Have you ever been shocked and appalled at the weight of others? Obesity is everywhere. Obesity is one of the top causes of death in America. Not only do obese people look unhealthy. Their insides are unhealthy as well. Most Americans don’t realize the severity of obesity. Obesity can lead to emotional, physical, and societal harm. Many obese humans are faced with emotional difficulties on the inside. Although it may not be easily recognized, most obese people tend to be obese because of insecurities. For example, a person may overindulge in food because it is a comfort and they know it will never let them down. People tend to make fun of those who are obese because they think it is funny and cool to tease. Physically, obese people struggle, even in their daily lives. Normally going up a flight of stairs would not wind a typical fir person. Weighing 400-pounds and being 5’10 would be a true complication when attempting to even get to the second floor of a building. Obese people have a harder time breathing, even not doing physical activity because their fat is pushing on all their organs and making their heart work harder pump enough blood through the body. By being overweight, heart failure is common because of overwork of the heart. Many obese people have diseases such as diabetes and have a disease because of poor eating and lack of exercise. **** While some people make the choice to be obese, Americans make the choice to encourage and support it. Obesity, no matter what, will cause emotional, physical, and societal problems. It is the choice of the people to do what is best and to work together to prevent obesity. Evaluating the Timed Essay
